Town & Country Humane Society was founded in 1992 to fill a much needed void in Orland and the Glenn County area. We are funded entirely by donations, grants and fundraisers. We have one paid employee, and a handful of volunteers. Volunteers are the backbone of our organization and are what keep us running. They are the reason that almost all of the funds raised, etc are used for the animals and the shelter. We have an excellent core group of volunteers, but are always looking for willing individuals to help with the day to day operations.
