We started services in May of 2011 initially as a mobile house call veterinary service. Our permanent location is under construction and will open in April, 2012 at 3941 N. Ashland Avenue in Chicago. Dr. Duke performs in home services such as comprehensive physical exams, vaccines, fecal and heartworm testing, nail trims, grooming of exotic pets such as birds, diagnosis and treatment of your sick or injured pet, and transportation to ICU or specialty clinics when necessary, as well as compassionate euthanasia services. As a courtesy to our clients during this transition period, the house call exam fee will be the exact same cost it would be for you to come into our hospital.
