We are a family owned, full service companion animal hospital. Archdale Animal Hospital was started at this location almost 50 years ago by Dr. John Barton. He felt it was important to provide quality medicine in an atmosphere where he could get to know his patients and clients well. In 1990, his son-in-law, Dr. Barry George, joined the practice and has continued this tradition of quality medicine and customer care for the past 23 years.

We value the relationships we have with our clients and their pets, some clients are the third generation of a family to bring their pets to us. We love being small enough to know our patients and families, yet we are proud of being able to provide the best possible medical care. We offer full medical, surgical, and dental services with in-house laboratory, digital radiography, digital dental radiography, and Class IV laser therapy.
