Texas CARES celebrates over 20 years as a non-profit animal welfare organization. Our all-volunteer group provides for abandoned and unwanted cats and kittens in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. We also educate the public about the humane treatment of all animals and the responsibility of pet ownership, and have lots of great resources for your pet.
