The mission of Stay-A-While Cat Shelter is to provide a safe, loving and cage-less environment for all cats in our care while they await adoption into a forever home. We will do what is in the best interest of the cat based on compassion, knowledge and means for each and every resident at Stay-A-While. We are a no-kill shelter to the extent that no cat will ever be euthanized to make room for another and euthanasia is only performed for health reasons that seriously diminish the quality of life for the cat.
