C.A.R.A. Citizens for Animal Rescue and Adoption is a volunteer, non-profit organization who gives homeless animals a shelter until they find their forever homes. We have over 200 cats and dogs who reside with us. We have spayed and neutered over 2,400 animals and found homes for over 1,300 pets. C.A.R.A. takes in animals who are lost or surrendered and rehabilitates them until they are ready for adoption. We want to educate as many people as possible about the importance of adopting homeless animals and ways communities can get involved to help.
