Badge Terms of Use Agreement

Use of the badge provided by www.Best4Pets.org (the “Badge”) is governed by the following terms of use. By embedding/linking our Badge on your website, you agree to the following:

You must not in any way alter or modify the link(s) embedded in the Badge or in any way change the design to the badge without the express written consent of Best4Pets.org. Said request may be made to [email protected]. The link may only be used to transport a user from your site directly to the page on www.Best4Pets.org (“Site”) that was placed in the link contained in the original badge sent to you by the “Site”.

You may not change the appearance of the Badge and you acknowledge the “Site’s” intellectual property rights in the Badge and the Badge Material. You must not misrepresent the “Site’s” relationship with you, your organization or your website. From the “Badge” you may link to the pages in the link provided you with the badge, but you may not replicate or mirror neither any page on the “Site” nor any Badge Material.

You must not represent the Badge as your own. You must not frame, create a border or browser around or alter the Badge or the “Site” or add third party content to the Badge or “Site.” You acknowledge and agree that “Site” may disable the Badge at any time for its convenience. You agree that the “Site” may revoke or rescind its consent to allow your use of the Badge at any time and the “Site” reserves the right to change, alter, amend, suspend or cancel its Top Rated Badge use and the Terms of Use Agreement at any time without providing a reason or prior notice.

You agree to be bound by any such change, alteration, amendment, suspension or cancellation upon the posting of same on the “Site.” You agree to remove or disable your Badge at any time upon the “Site’s” request. You must not use the Badge in a manner that would diminish or otherwise damage “Site’s” goodwill.

You acknowledge and agree that “Site” has made no representations or warranties of any kind with regard to the Badge or the “Site.” This agreement conveys no property, license, permission or interest of any kind in any intellectual property of “Site”. You agree to only use the Badge with its embedded code unaltered. Any use of the Badge otherwise is unauthorized and a violation of the “Site’s” copyright. Furthermore, you agree to pay for any unauthorized use of the Badge along with any and all damages associated with and/or related to any unauthorized use of the Badge.
