The Central California SPCA (CCSPCA) established in 1946 and located in Fresno County, in Fresno, California is a non-profit humane society. The CCSPCA is dedicated to protecting and caring for the animals of our community and is open 365 days a year to accept both stray animals and owner surrendered pets. Our focus is to end animal abuse and neglect and to reduce the number of unwanted animals through spay and neuter programs and humane education.
