"Ruff Love Rescue is a no-kill, 501(c)3 Non-Profit Organization that is 100% funded by donations, and run entirely by volunteers. Started in 1999 by Sue Rogers, we have grown from about 20 dogs in the beginning to well over 100 dogs in foster homes currently. Our dogs are spayed/neutered and fully vetted, and we do not turn dogs away because of health issues.
